About
Dr. Baskin-Miller is a physician specializing in the field of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology. Her primary research interests are centered on strategies to improve health care delivery to patients with benign hematologic conditions, particularly hemoglobinopathies, as well as health disparities, access to care, and health services research as it relates to children with hematologic illnesses, both locally and internationally. Her current research focuses on interventions to improve the transition process for patients with rare blood disorders, such as sickle cell disease, as they move from a pediatric centered care environment to adult health care facilities.
