Allison Promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics
Priyanka Rao, MD was promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics effective June 1, 2024. Dr. Rao has been a faculty member in Pediatrics since August 2020. Dr. Rao received her undergraduate degree from ºÚÁÏÍø Chapel Hill in 2008 and earned her medical degree in 2013 from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. Before returning to ºÚÁÏÍø, she served as a Neonatal Hospitalist at the University of Michigan C.S., Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Congratulations Priyanka!

Lawrence Promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics
Christian Lawrence, MD, MPH was promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics effective May 1, 2025. Dr. Lawrence has been a faculty member in Pediatrics since 2020

Ahuja Promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics
Arshiya Ahuja, MD was promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics effective May 1, 2025. Dr. Ahuja completed her pediatric residency at Loyola University in June 2014 and a fellowship in Global Clinical Education in 2015 at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Ahuja went on to serve as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ before coming to ºÚÁÏÍø in 2021. Congratulations!

Baskin-Miller Promoted to Professor of Pediatrics
Jacquelyn Baskin-Miller, MD was promoted to Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Hematology-Oncology, effective April 1, 2025. Dr. Baskin-Miller has been a faculty member in Pediatrics since 2019. Congratulations!

Bauserman Promoted to Professor of Pediatrics
Melissa Bauserman, MD, MPH was promoted to Professor of Pediatrics effective March 21, 2025. Dr. Bauserman has been a faculty member in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine since 2012. Dr. Bauserman co-leads the ºÚÁÏÍø-Kinshasa School of Public Health research partnership within the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Global Network for Women and Children’s Health Research.
