New faculty member Flavio Frohlich joins department

Flavio Frohlich, PhD, will hold a joint appointment in Cell and Molecular Physiology. His primary appointment is in the Department of Psychiatry. He also joins the faculty of the Neuroscience Center and the Department of Biomedical Engineering.
