His proposed effort would leverage innovative programs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acr.org\/Practice-Management-Quality-Informatics\/ACR-Learning-Network\/Prostate-MR-Image-Quality-Improvement\">optimizing the quality of prostate MRI<\/a>, in partnership with radiologists, and novel MRI-targeted \u201cfusion\u201d biopsy, building on the ºÚÁÏÍø\u2019s participation in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/urology\/unc-urology-proud-to-partner-with-outdoor-music-pilot\/\">nationally recognized improvement collaboratives<\/a> in the space.<\/p>\n<p>By combining these approaches at scale, the proposal would form a systematic strategy to improve quality and address historical disparities in the early detection of prostate cancer, as an initial step towards the goal of advancing Diagnostic Excellence across a broader range of conditions.<\/p>\n<script>\n\n    (function($) {\n        $(\"body, html\").addClass(\"heels_full_width_overflow\");\n    })(jQuery);\n\n   <\/script>\n   <div style=\"background-color:#4b9cd3;\" class=\"full-width-contained whitebackground \">\n<div class=\"row  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-9 col-md-8 col-xs-12 col-sm-6 oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<blockquote style=\"border-left: 5px solid #ffffff;\">\n<p class=\"lead\" style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8220;With the focus on patient-centeredness, quality, equity, and cross-specialty collaboration, the concept of Diagnostic Excellence brings to life the values and purposes that animate what we do at ºÚÁÏÍø Urology and ºÚÁÏÍø Health more broadly. The NAM has more than 2,400 members elected by their peers in recognition of outstanding achievement. Through a commitment to volunteer service, NAM members help guide the work and advance the mission of the NAM and the National Academies.
