Many of the Allied Health programs require students to utilize a system called CastleBranch to order background checks, complete drug tests, and track immunization records. To start, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/login.castlebranch.com\/login\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">login.castlebranch.com<\/a>, and select the \u201cplace order\u201d button. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter in your alpha numeric code. Once your code is entered, click submit to continue.<\/p>\n<p>*Package Codes are specific to your program and need to be received from your Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Education Assistant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-1\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-1\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-1\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-1\">\n                How do I upload a document for a specific requirement?            <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-1\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p>To upload a document, such as a CPR certification, find both sides of the scanned document on your computer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, click on the CPR Certification requirement and review the guidelines specific to your program.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the front by clicking on the \u201cBrowse\u201d button next to \u201cYour Computer or Flash Drive\u201d. Locate the file on your computer and click \u201cUpload\u201d. Do the same for the back side of the card.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll see an \u201cAttached File\u201d box appear above the browse buttons. You may upload files until all documents have been attached, then click on the orange \u201cSubmit\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The requirement will change to \u201cIn Process\u201d as your files are converted into a single PDF. Once converted, the status will change to \u201cPending Review\u201d.\n<ul>\n<li>Note: All files must be under 5 MB and either PDF, JPG\/JPEG, PNG, GIF, XLS, DOCX and DOC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-2\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-2\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-2\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-2\">\n                How do I complete my drug test?            <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p>Either your school administrator will provide you with the form that you will need to complete your test, or CastleBranch will register you for your drug test. If CastleBranch registers you, you will receive your registration form within 24 hours of placing your order. When your registration is complete, the status on your requirement will update to \u201cRegistered\u201d. Click on the blue plus sign to expand the requirement and select the blue \u201cDownload File\u201d link to download your registration form. Print your form and take it with you to the collection site. Your registration will have an expiration date listed, so take the test before it expires.
