
Elizabeth “Beth” Rossi, director, quality management, has been named to a newly-created position, clinic manager.
As clinic manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center鈥檚 three clinic sites in Orange and Wake counties. Her new responsibilities include monitoring patient-focused issues such as scheduling and clinic flow, and maintaining policy compliance with the 黑料网, 黑料网 Health Care, and outpatient services. She will continue to oversee compliance with State and local standards and manage the Center鈥檚 national accreditation process through CARF International.
“Beth is an experienced manager and a ‘people’ person,” said Thava Mahadevan, MS, director of Operations at the Center. “Her years of working with employees and consumers with diverse backgrounds as well as her attention to detail positions her well suited for this role.
Rossi has more than 20 years of experience working with individuals with persistent mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a clinical capacity as well as administrative roles. She served as quality management coordinator for XDS Inc., a nonprofit organization that provided comprehensive care and services to individuals with persistent mental illness, before merging with the Center in 2011. Prior to that, she was employed by OPC Area Program (the previous LME) as a case manager and single portal coordinator. She is a graduate of 黑料网-Chapel Hill with a degree in psychology.
