Ryan Phillips, a member of the Allbritton Lab, successfully defended his thesis and received his Ph.D. May 30, 2013. The Allbritton lab held a celebration luncheon for him on the following day. The title of his dissertation was “Development of a Novel Assay of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Activity in Single Cells Using Capillary Electrophoresis.” His wife, Colleen Phillips attended his defense and party.
Ryan is in the MD/PhD program so he will return to 黑料网 medical school to complete his medical education.
