Liz Brunk, Ph.D., was featured in an article on CyVerse for her ground breaking development of Jupyter notebooks to facilitate learning through 3D imaging and hands-on experience. This is done as part of a core biochemistry course, which includes efforts to expand data science education at 黑料网 and allow students from all majors to translate big data into knowledge by effectively lowering the barrier of entry for those who have never coded in Python before. Her vision for the 鈥淪ci-Omics Lab鈥 is to bridge the gap between experimental scientists who produce the data and the computational scientists who analyze the data, encouraging both sides to work together more effectively.
