About

Maureen started with the Muenzer MPS Center in January 2024.Ìý She began her nursing career at Mount Sinai Hospital in NY, on the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology unit, and later at their outpatient Adolescent Health Center.Ìý

Maureen began her journey at ºÚÁÏÍøÌý¾±²Ô 2000, and spent many years in the Pediatric Primary Care Residents’ Clinic and the Pediatric Specialty Clinics and infusion area. Her research experience began with ºÚÁÏÍø’s Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases where she worked on HIV and COVID-19 clinical trials.

Maureen also has experience as a staff nurse at the Clinical and Translational Research Center.

Maureen attendedÌýTrinity College in CT, and then got her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Columbia University.Ìý

In her free time she enjoys watching Carolina sports, walking her yellow lab Tony, running, and spending time with family.Ìý

Maureen is passionate about nursing and is inspired daily by amazing patients, families and co-workers.Ìý
