We are a molecular genetic laboratory studying immune functions by combining mouse models, mulit-omics, molecular, biochemical and genetic approaches. The focus of our research is to investigate the molecular networks underlying T cell functions under normal and pathological conditions. Our goal is to find therapies for various immune disorders including cancer, autoimmunity, infection, and inflammatory diseases. Our recent efforts are focusing on the following areas:
(1) Function and regulation of regulatory T (Treg) cells
(2) TGF-beta signaling in T cells
(3) Molecular networks underlying T cell function during normal physiology and disease
