As a computer scientist, my research focus is developing computational tools to facilitate neuroscience and neuroimaging studies. I am actively involved in various research projects including neuropsychiatric disorders (such as Autism) and neurodegeneration diseases (such as Alzheimer鈥檚 disease). I am interested to develop the new cutting-edge computational tools to characterize the spreading pathways of neuropathological biomarkers, which might offer a new window to understand the neurophysiological mechanisms behind cognitive decline through the interpretation of network alterations.
