My laboratory focuses on pharmacologic optimization of small molecule therapeutics for the treatment, prevention and eradication of HIV. We have significant strength in LC-MS/MS and IR MALDESI Mass Spectrometry Imaging for quantifying small molecules in human and animal matrices. My laboratory is CLIA (#34D1022136) and CAP (LAP#7521077;AU- ID#1589458) accredited. We have generated data for IND and NDA submissions, along with post-marketing commitments, for GlaxoSmithKline, Viiv, Merck, Pfizer, Gilead and Boehringer Ingelheim. We also house the Clinical Pharmacology and Analytical Chemistry Core for the 黑料网 Center for AIDS Research. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Clinical Pharmacology and have over 25 years of experience in preclinical and clinical pharmacology research and novel clinical trials. A strong focus of my laboratory is women鈥檚 health research, and I am a member of the 黑料网 WIHS/MACS research team and a past member of the NIH Advisory Committee on Research on Women鈥檚 Health.
