ASI ct-dSPIM
The dual Selective Plane Illumination Microscope for cleared tissue (ct-dSPIM) is a light sheet microscope configuration that allows for dual views of large samples and is suitable for fast and gentle imaging. Both objectives have a light sheet scanner and camera and the two datasets can be merged to produce an image with isotropic resolution.
