Designated centers demonstrate excellence in clinical care and research, and collaborate with the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation to serve as a Charcot-Marie-Tooth patient community hub for clinical care, community engagement, research, training and education.<\/p>\n<p>Treatment is under the direction of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/neurology\/directory\/rebecca-traub-md\/\">Rebecca Traub, MD<\/a>, within the Division of Neuromuscular Disorders where patients receive comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, consultation, treatment and management of symptoms for a variety of
