Do We Practice What We Preach Regarding Clinical Cognitive Testing? Results from an AAN Behavioral Neurology Section Survey

Objective: To identify how and what behavioral neurologists do regarding cognitive testing in clinical practice, evaluate current testing practices in light of recommendations in a related systematic review on single-domain cognitive tests, and to explore broader aspects of clinical cognitive assessment to increase the utility of the neurobehavioral status exam and improve the overall quality of neurocognitive care.
