For external users that need to park at 黑料网:

1. Park in the Dogwood deck.
2. Walk on Manning Drive towards Columbia Street.
3. Make a right on Columbia Street.
4. Walk on Columbia Street towards Medical Drive.
5. Enter Bondurant Hall, walk straight through it, exit, cross the courtyard and enter the Brinkhous-Bullitt Building. You will be in the Beach Cafe.
6. Take the elevator in the corner of the building down one floor.
