Dr. Gi-Hun Lee and colleagues in the lab addressed shortcomings with previous vascular organ-on-chip models by developing a system that allows simultaneous application of luminal and transmural flow to blood and lymphatic vessels, more closely mimicking the native hemodynamic environment.
