Craig R. Lee, Pharm.D., Ph.D., FCCP, FAHACongratulations to , Associate Professor of Pharmacy, Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics, Eshelman School of Pharmacy; Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, in collaboration with (University of Florida) and Joseph S. Rossi, M.D., MSCI, FACC, FSCA & George “Rick” A. Stouffer, III, M.D. ( Co-Investigators), for the receipt of R01 grant from NIH’s NHLBI.

 

Their grant, titled “Precision Antiplatelet Therapy After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention” to create a multi-center patient registry and study the clinical and genetic factors that influence patient outcomes after a stent procedure. With this funding, they will establish strategies that individualize antiplatelet therapy prescribing and improve patient outcomes.
