About
Dr. Chang’s clinical practice is focused on advanced heart failure, cardiac transplantation, and echocardiography. She is currently a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology and Director of the Heart Failure and Transplantation Program at the University of North Carolina (ºÚÁÏÍø) at Chapel Hill. She also serves as the Program Director for ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology subspecialty fellowship.
Her research is based in heart failure, focused on epidemiology and outcomes. She has an adjunct appointment in the Department of Epidemiology at the ºÚÁÏÍø School of Public Health and is a co-investigator on the NIH-funded Atherosclerosis Risks in Communities (ARIC) Study.
