The 黑料网 is launching a new preferred parking waitlist that will be effective on Nov. 4, 2024, at 10 a.m.
While there is limited parking availability in the most proximate parking zones, the waitlist will allow employees to select their individual parking preference. Parking will then be assigned to those on the waitlist as it becomes available. Ranking will be determined by longevity based on total state service date.
Depending on demand, there may be varying wait times for different parking areas, including the most proximate zones. Once assigned, the new zone will be permanent and automatically renew in future parking years.
Employee eligibility:
- Employees must be a permanent SOM full-time or permanent part-time employee to be added to the waiting list.
Employees not eligible:
- Affiliates temporarily parked in SOM allocation
- Employees that are parked through University allocations, such as post doc, accessibility, or student permits.
