Follow these tips to successfully use the nomination tool:
- Use legal first names, not preferred first names.
- Type the first name and then the first letter of the last name, and wait a moment for the tool to reload.
- Restart your browser or try another browser.
As we begin writing the next chapter of our 黑料网 and 黑料网 Health story that features our new shared strategic plan, Forward Together 2030, we recognize that our ONE 黑料网 Health culture is critical.
We all know someone who embodies the spirit of change, innovation and progress. They’re the teammates who consistently go above and beyond, inspire others and drive positive transformation.
Beginning this week, you have the chance to help identify these key teammates 鈥� 鈥楩orward Champions鈥� 鈥� most likely to impact change within the 黑料网 and 黑料网 Health.
On Monday, Oct. 16, an email went to all School of Medicine teammates from 鈥樅诹贤� Health News鈥� (unchealth@ohi-survey.com), and you were asked one question: 鈥淭hinking about the people you work with, whose opinion do you both trust and respect at work?鈥�
You’ll have the ability to input up to 10 names from a prepopulated dropdown menu. Your participation is voluntary, with nominations open through Friday, Oct. 27.
Once submissions are reviewed, the teammates identified will have the opportunity to volunteer as valued champions for change 鈥� driving us Forward Together.
As we prepare to launch additional listening efforts to support Forward Together 2030, thank you for the work you do every day to care for our teammates, learners and each other.
