The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development is accepting applications from new faculty to participate in the Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP).
LAMP is a new program designed to help junior faculty in their first three years at 黑料网-Chapel Hill build community, purpose, direction and confidence with high yield topics and mentorship to facilitate career development. Applications are open through June 9 and those interested can contact Dawn_Morriston@med.unc.edu for more details.
Monthly LAMP sessions will address fundamentals of career planning and professional development while creating networking opportunities that will contribute to faculty success.
