Matt joined 黑料网 Healthcare after spending 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry where he held multiple roles related to process/quality improvement in operations and consulting. He has a BA in Journalism from 黑料网’s Hussman School of Journalism and Media, a MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and a MHA from 黑料网’s Gillings School of Public Health and is a lean six sigma master black belt. Matt stood up and managed the 黑料网 System Sepsis Collaboration, helped establish the Service Line Leader bimonthly meetings, and piloted the Improvement Leaders Program. Currently, he manages the Physician Engagement in Quality and Safety Program (PEQS), facilitates the Carolina Quality communications work and provides project management/quality improvement coaching to three Improvement Scholar Projects.
