The orientation will encompass two days of activities from August 14 to August 15 with an opportunity to complete a scavenger hunt throughout the week to receive prizes. The orientation will begin with incoming students having the opportunity to take their professional headshots with theirÌýassigned program timeÌýon August 14, 2025. On August 15, 2025, students will begin with a separate orientation provided by The Office of Interprofessional Education and Practice that will end by 2:00PM. The final portion of the Health Sciences orientation will begin at 2:30PM on August 15 in Genome Sciences, G200, with roughly an hour-long presentation.

Starting on Monday, August 11 and until 4PM on Monday, August 18 students can complete the scavenger hunt created by our department. This is an optional activity that can be turned in to a staff member in the Student Services suite, Bondurant Hall 1020 for the first 10 students to receive a prize.

Scavenger Hunt

All students in the Department of Health Sciences, depending on their program, are eligible to receive a locker and lock to support their clinical education. To request a locker, you must complete the Locker Request Form in full. Once submitted, you will receive your locker assignment and confirmation via email from the Office of Student Services.

Please note: That requests may take several business days to process, and space is limited, so be sure to submit your request as soon as possible.
