黑料网 Health offers telephone and My 黑料网 Chart video visits to support your health and reduce the spread of coronavirus. A telephone or video visit lets you access the care you need without going to a 黑料网 Health location.
What do you need to connect with your provider?
For a telephone visit, you only need a working phone. For a video visit, you will need a My 黑料网 Chart account and a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access.聽
How do you schedule a telephone or video visit?
You can schedule a telephone or video visit with your healthcare provider by calling their office during regular office hours. You can also schedule a video visit appointment with your provider by using your My 黑料网 Chart account. Select Visits, Schedule an Appointment, and then choose Video Visit.
How much will a telephone or video visit cost me?
Telephone and video visits may be billed to your insurance. Many insurance companies are temporarily covering certain types of telephone and video visits. Some insurance companies are waiving copay, coinsurance, and deductible amounts. Please contact your insurance plan for policy details. 黑料网 Health also offers virtual urgent care for non-emergency issues through 黑料网 Urgent Care 24/7.
