Chromatin must be folded to fit in the nucleus. The process of chromatin folding is highly regulated and not haphazard. Chromatin folding plays a vital role in gene transcription through multiple ways including enhancer-promoter looping. We try to understand the molecular mechanisms involved in chromatin folding, how chromatin folding affects gene transcription and how chromatin folding is regulated in physiological and pathological conditions.<\/p>\n
