As many of you know, we are entering a volatile and uncertain academic financial climate in the next few years. Our rates reflect what it costs to maintain our facility at our current usage level and the current level of financial support we receive from the university. They also reflect the increasing maintenance, personnel, and consumable costs we are already seeing and anticipating in the next two years.ÌýÌý

Cancellation FeesÌý
- Analytical Cytometer Appointments:Ìý
- Cancellations after the 36-hour lockout period → 20% of scheduled instrument timeÌý
- No-show (failure to cancel in iLabs) → Charged 1 hour of instrument timeÌý
- Same-day cancellation for staff-assisted appointments → Up to 1 hour staff time chargeÌý
- Rescheduling more than twice with staff → Cancellation fee appliedÌý
- Late arrival (30+ minutes) for staff-assisted appointments → Appointment cancelled & fees appliedÌý
- Sorter Appointments:Ìý
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before appointment → 20% of scheduled instrument timeÌý
- Same-day cancellation for staff-assisted sorter appointments → 20% of time + up to 1 hour staff chargeÌý
- Late arrival (30+ minutes) for staff-assisted appointments → Appointment cancelled & fees appliedÌý
