Integrated single-cell level T-cell activation profiling

The activation of naive T cells by antigen is one of the central events in the adaptive immune responses. We present a new assay developed to take advantage of the fastest flow cytometry platform – iQue PLUS, to help scientists study proliferation, activation status and cytokine secretion profiles of this process within a single kit.
