FQHC TRACK RESIDENT: SILER CITY
First off, I would like to give a big thank you to the great people of the Research Triangle area (including Siler City) who have welcomed me into their community and to 黑料网 for inviting me to come learn to practice family medicine in this community! I鈥檓 very grateful for y鈥檃ll! I鈥檓 also very grateful for the great communities I鈥檝e been a part of on my journey here. After growing up in the small town of Bluffdale, Utah, I鈥檝e made a trek from west to east, living in Washington, Utah, Iowa, Illinois and now North Carolina. This journey has been blessed with great experiences and even better people who have helped me become passionate about community and the role of a family physician in it. They鈥檝e taught me to enjoy working, to love and listen to people, to marvel at the beauty of nature, to engage in the community, and to do my best to build understanding and mitigate inequality.
A bit about me, I love to garden and work in the yard, explore new music, be outside as often as I can (especially if it is hiking a mountain), read a good book, nerd out about engineering stuff, meet my neighbors, and just be with people.
It is good to be here, to serve your community and be served by you.
