Biographical Information:
Elizabeth Halstead is an Evaluator in the 黑料网 Department of Family Medicine. She received her MEd from the Education Research, Measurement, and Evaluation group at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education and completed her undergraduate studies in Elementary Education and Math/Science at Wheelock College.聽As a researcher with the Tobacco Prevention and Evaluation Program, she oversees the North Carolina Youth and Young Adult E-Cigarette Prevention project and supports additional research and evaluation projects that work to prevent the initiation of youth tobacco use.

Elizabeth Halstead has a strong background in educational research using quantitative methods to inform evidence-based policy change.
