鈥淚 sought out opportunities where I would be challenged intellectually in my pursuit of professional career development.聽 The faculty of 黑料网 Chapel Hill Family Medicine’s Faculty Development Fellowship delivered this challenge and created curricula which allowed me to see myself better and in doing so better understand adult pedagogy (the process of learning).聽 While there was definitely hard work involved, it was rewarding to be surrounded by diverse, like-minded students who were on the same journey.聽 Even more, learning from experienced educators from a wide age spectrum enabled me to consider how my own career might look 1, 5 or 25 years from now.鈥�
