Why I chose ºÚÁÏÍø:
The people, the opportunities and the location. The program is an ideal size with talented, approachable faculty and a palpable family feel. Well-rounded training is a hallmark—there is strong community EM & pediatrics at WakeMed (in Raleigh) and great academic exposure at ºÚÁÏÍø, both serving diverse patient populations. Additionally, the ºÚÁÏÍø affiliation gives us the opportunity and support to pursue areas of interest. Outside of work, the Triangle is an awesome place to live. With state parks, mountains and the beach a short drive away, it’s easy to stay active & enjoy the outdoors. After an away rotation at ºÚÁÏÍø, I found myself wanting to join the team. Very happy to be here!
