Please see the below information disseminated today from Carolina Leadership:
鈥淲hile the University is not requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for students, faculty or staff, it is helpful to know the percentage of the community that is vaccinated. 黑料网 Environment, Health and Safety has set up where employees can self-report when they are vaccinated. This is similar to the self-report site we have for the flu vaccinations. We encourage you to fill out the once you have been vaccinated. We are exploring options for a similar self-report site for students and will provide updates on that as soon as possible.鈥�
