The AA Core is excited to announce single-cell Western blot service using the Protein Simple Milo! The Milo platform measures expression of multiple proteins across 1,000+ single cells in just 4-6 hours.<\/p>\n

The AA Core also provides ancillary FACS isolation, sequencing, and data analysis services as part of our \u201cturn-key\u201d solutions to your genomics and proteomics needs. The Milo platform measures expression of multiple proteins across 1,000+ single cells in just 4-6 hours. Milo captures cells on a novel \u201cscWest chip” (Fig. 1), performs SDS-PAGE, and immobilizes proteins prior to antibody probing and fluorescence imaging. Loaded chips can be stored, stripped, and re-probed multiple times within a 9-month period. Milo is a powerful tool both alone and in combination with the Core\u2019s other single cell genomics services (Fig. 2).
