The High Throughput Sequencing Facility (HTSF) presents a Single-Cell Sequencing Solutions Seminar聽
Presentations will highlight recent publications, emerging single-cell sequencing techniques and protocols, and provide guidance on
experimental considerations for the entire workflow.
During this symposium, you will:
- Learn how the latest single-cell genomics technologies are being used today
- Review the theory behind various approaches and their key technical elements
- Hear what challenges have been encountered and tested/overcome by researchers
