°ä²¹°ù´Ç±ô¾±²Ô²¹â€™sÌý isÌýMarch 8–12 for a wellness event designed to help youÌýRESET, REFOCUS, RENEW, RESTART, AND REPAIR.ÌýPlease take time to enjoy the various opportunities to be active, learn a new recipe, and gain a better understanding of the numerous campus and local resources available to support your total wellbeing.

Be sure to pre-register. All sessions are free.

  • RESET: Join daily opportunities to move to high-energy workouts – like cardio combat or dance – or enjoy gentle stretching. Whatever your preference, find something right for youÌý´Ç°ùÌý.
  • REFOCUS: Learn something new in one of many educational sessions. Educational sessions will cover topics such as achieving your personal and financial wellness goals, available childcare support, as well as many other campus and community resources.
  • RENEW:ÌýEnjoy a mid-day yoga, mobility, or Pilates class to relax, rejuvenate, and renew.
  • RESTART:ÌýGet back on track with a heart-healthy diet. Enjoy daily opportunities to view a live cooking demo or educational session to learn important nutrition tips to keep you motivated.
  • REPAIR:ÌýGet in tune with yourself and decompress with daily yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathwork sessions.

Virtual Wellness Week will be held completely online, with the option to choose to participate in both live sessions each day between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., and pre-recorded on-demand sessions anytime.

Throughout the week, participants will have the opportunity to hear from health and wellness speakers, take part in exercise classes, watch virtual cooking demonstrations, listen in on financial wellness and planning seminars, and win prizes along the way.Ìý (You must register before participating to be eligible to win.)

All sessions are free to you as a ºÚÁÏÍø Employee, though registration is required for some sessions. Select from ºÚÁÏÍø hosted sessions atÌýÌýand check out the full calendar for other fitness opportunities, includingÌýÌýavailable now through March 12.

Taking care of both our minds and our bodies is always important, but seems it should be a priority now more than ever. Therefore, your participation in this event is considered work time for staff, but please seek advance approval from your supervisor.
