Dr. Shobhan Gaddameedhi, postdoctoral fellow in Aziz Sancar鈥檚 lab, is one of six recipients of a NC TraCS $2K Pilot Program.
The North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences (NC TraCS) Institute is pleased to announce awardees of the thirty-ninth cycle of TraCS $2K grants for clinical and translational research projects. 6 applications were chosen for funding, from the 黑料网-CH Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Public Health, and College of Arts & Sciences.
Dr. Gaddameedhi鈥檚 project is titled 鈥�Circadian Oscillation of XPA Expression in Human Hair Follicles鈥� and he is collaborating on this project with Dr. Nancy Thomas in the Department of Dermatology. He currently trains as a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Aziz Sancar, Distinguished Professor of Biochemistry & Biophysics.
