Najla Ward-Conyers ºÚÁÏÍø ’22, CSS 6 (Neher lab) presented her poster for BIOL 395 last week. Najla is majoring in biology with a double-minor in chemistry and medical anthropology. Najla is a senior biology major at ºÚÁÏÍø. She has been in the Neher lab since January 2020, and she researches the role of the Rcl genes in E. coli and if they have a role in metronidazole resistance. She is interested in public health and has plans to go to medical school in the future.
