August 2, 2024 update: The center of the largest research park in the United States
The Hub RTP campus is situated in the center of Research Triangle Park (RTP), a 7,000-acre
innovation center equidistant to Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. RTP and the Greater
Triangle Region have a strong history of steady growth, and recent years are no exception.
Since March of 2020, companies have announced 4.5B of investment in RTP.
Hub RTP breaks ground and names each street for a Nobel-awarded scientist, including Dr. Aziz Sancar (Sancar Way), whose collective discoveries paved the way for continued growth in the Park and the Triangle Region while offering advancements to the science and medical research community.
