I’ve been working on a CDC-funded project on a subcontract through Rice University. ‘s laboratory in the Department of Computer Science is the Prime. The goal of the project is to organize SARS-CoV-2 genomes. My role is annotating the viral sequences and variants based on work done by hundreds of researchers in scores of laboratories worldwide. This analysis of the omicron variant is based on our work.聽聽at Signature Science made everything look professional.
