“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all you for your hard work during this past year for our Department.聽 This last 12 months has been interesting, frustrating, and very different than anything that we can encountered thus far.聽 All of you have made the work of the Department go smoothly and efficiently, come up with great ideas in handling difficult situations as they present themselves.聽 I am honored to work with such a wonderful group of employees and I wish the year forward will be good to us all.聽 We haven鈥檛 been able to celebrate our聽 accomplishments as in the past, but hopefully before too long we might be able to again go out and celebrate a team building event (minus the mountains and bikes).
