If possible, your poster should be no more than 48&#8243; wide by 36&#8243; tall \u2013 unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger posters.<\/li>\n<li>On the day itself, <strong>June<\/strong><strong> 5th<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>please arrange to put your poster up between 5:00 and 5:15 pm<\/strong>. The\u00a0<strong>poster session will start at 5:15 pm<\/strong>. If you can&#8217;t get there early, let us know, get the poster to us, and we will be happy to put it up for you.
