- Invited presentation: Faculty-mentored CA-2 Quality Improvement Project by Drs. Heidi Heyman & Bryson Shelton (Influenza Vaccination Under Anesthesia). Recognized as a leading pediatric QI project at SPA-AAP Pediatric Anesthesiology 2025 by the Wake Up Safe organization.

As a profound honor for our department, Drs. Heidi Heyman’s and Bryson Shelton’s CA-2 led Resident QI Project program was selected as one of only six resident-led Q.I. projects nationwide selected to be presented. This honor is a testament to the hard work of these two residents, the department’s Resident QI Project program, and the institution!”
