Mentor RX
Mentor Rx is a student-led, peer-to-peer mentorship program housed within the Advisory College. It pairs second-year students with incoming first-years to offer guidance, support, and practical advice. The broader aim is to foster a longitudinal advising “family” that spans all four years of medical school, promoting connection and continuity. Mentor-mentee matches are informed by survey responses and individual preferences, with support from various members of the Advisory College community to help ensure the best possible pairings.
